2. Website Use and Intellectual Property

License: OMYZAM Car Services grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website for informational and booking purposes only.

3. Automotive Service and Repair (Scope of Work)

Authorization: All work will be performed only upon your prior authorization, whether provided verbally, electronically (via email/text), or through a signed work order.

Estimates: Estimates provided for repair or restoration work are based on the initial assessment. Due to the nature of automotive repair, especially with older or classic vehicles (restoration work), unforeseen issues may arise.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

Limited Liability: OMYZAM Car Services is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to articles left in the vehicle.

Maximum Liability: Our liability for damage to the vehicle while in our custody is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged parts, not to exceed the vehicle's fair market value. We are not liable for consequential or incidental damages.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction (Florida)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, USA.

8. Changes to Terms

OMYZAM Car Services reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
